COMMON QUESTIONS

What you may be wondering.

Do I need to be Christian to work with you?

No. I welcome clients from all backgrounds. We discuss whether you want your beliefs integrated into counseling, and your preferences guide that part of our work.

Can we meet online?

Yes. I offer virtual counseling throughout the state of Texas, as well as in-person sessions at my Spring office.

Will I have homework?

I don’t give much traditional homework. I may offer manageable challenges or skills to practice between sessions, based on what we’re working on together.

What if I don’t know what to say?

You don’t need a complete explanation or a clear plan to begin. We can start with what brought you to counseling and explore your goals together.
